Tracing Articles

Tracing pages are the workhorse of pre-writing development. Before a child can write letters, they need hundreds of repetitions of the underlying strokes — straight lines, curves, loops, zigzags — and tracing sheets turn that repetition into play. Our tracing collection sequences from simple path-following for ages two to three (help the bee reach the flower) through pattern strips for ages four to five, up to letter and number tracing for ages five to seven. Every page states the motor skill it builds and prints cleanly in black and white. The collection pairs with our tracing workbooks on Amazon, which sequence hundreds of pages in developmental order.
